PURPOSE: Homework is designed to see how well students independently demonstrate skills taught. It is intended to reinforce concepts taught each day as well as to provide opportunities for students to enhance their time management skills. We will use student work performance to help drive our instruction for upcoming lessons.

Numble Jumble is a VOCABULARY program that all 5th graders will be participating in for the remainder of the school year.
-This program is designed to help students learn the meanings of all the essential words for the units of study: Weather, Genetics/Human Body Systems, Ecosystems and Force and Motion.
-Students are learning about the Numble Jumble LOTUS activities that they will complete each day in class.
-A Parent Letter will come home in this week's Friday Folder.
